§ Scope of Application, Customer Information

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Greiner-Mai GmbH (Christmas Tree Decorations and Glass Christmas Ornaments Online Shop) and consumers purchasing goods via our online shop. The contract language shall be German. The English version of these General Terms and Conditions is provided for better understanding only. In the event of discrepancies or inconsistencies, the German version shall prevail and shall be legally binding.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

(1) The offers presented on the Internet constitute a non-binding invitation to purchase goods.
(2) You may place one or more products into the shopping cart. During the ordering process, you enter your personal data and select your preferred payment method, delivery options, etc. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. You may also place a binding order by telephone or telefax.
(3) Upon receipt of the order confirmation sent immediately by e-mail or telefax, your offer is simultaneously accepted and the purchase contract is thereby concluded. In the case of orders placed by telephone, the purchase contract is concluded if we accept your offer immediately. If the offer is not accepted immediately, you are no longer bound by it.

§ 3 Customer Information: Storage of Contract Text

We store your order and the details of the concluded contract (e.g. type of product, price, etc.). We will send you the GTC. You may also access the GTC at any time after conclusion of the contract via our website. As a registered customer, you can access your previous orders via the customer login area (“My Customer Account”).

§ 4 Customer Information: Correction Notice

You may correct your entries at any time before submitting the order by using the delete key. During the ordering process, we will inform you about further correction options. You may also terminate the ordering process completely at any time by closing the browser window.

§ 5 Retention of Title

The purchased goods shall remain our property until full payment has been made.

§ 6 Statutory Warranty Rights

Statutory warranty rights shall apply to our goods.
